2. How many 1, 2 and 3 bedroom properties are available to be allocated.
As at 21/07/25; there is one 2-bedroom flat and one 1-bedroom bungalow.
3. On average how many 1,2 and 3 bedroom properties are allocated each month.
In July: there have been no 3-bed properties; there have been four 1-bed flats; there has been one 2-bed flat. In June there were: two 3-bed properties; there were three 2-bed flats; there were two 2-bed flats. Not included in these stats are those properties that were available in Sheltered / Extra Care schemes / Supported Schemes as not all customers on the housing register would be eligible for these.
