1. How many of your building inspectors (Employed or subcontracted) Hold a valid PART F (Ventilation) qualification?
It is not a requirement for building control to have, as we do not design, install or test ventilation systems. It would be a qualified mechanical, ventilation or electrical engineer who would supply certificates of testing to Building Control.
