1. I would be grateful if you could provide a list of residential properties owned and managed by the Wokingham Borough Council. If available, I would also be interested in any records of properties that were previously under the council's management.
This information is available on the Land Registry. HMLR contains a register of all registered land and each title contains details of who is the registered proprietor (so owner) of that land / property and whether the property is leasehold or freehold. Any land or property owned by the Council will show up in the proprietorship section of the title. There is a cost to applying for a land registry title but it is a public register so anyone can order copies of any property they are interested in. (Section 21)
