Staff working from home

1. Could you please tell me how many staff we employ are working from home at present?
We do not employ any staff to permanently work from home. We offer a flexible way of working which is all based on the requirements of the business, if staff are asked to attend to the office then they must do so. We have a headcount of 1463 as of June 2025 and the variation in how we work will be defined by the service.
2. Also if they are called into the office, are they entitled to claim expenses for travel / overnight accommodation, etc?
No, staff are not able to claim for any expenses if they are called into the office. These costs are borne by the employee.
