Parking restrictions at Fairwater Drive

1. We are requesting a freedom of information on parking restrictions relating to 172 - 178 Fairwater Drive. Specifically we would like all information relating to the consultation to the parking restrictions to the above addresses. We would like:
- When the consultation took place: the statutory consultation took place between 18/07/2024 to 09/08/2024.
- What formats were used to notify the public: The TRO was advertised in the Wokingham Today newspaper, on Wokingham Borough Council website, and with notices at reception at our office at Shute End and on site in the vicinity of the proposed restrictions.
- Any meeting notes, emails, communications relating to consulting the residents: The above formats of notice as part of the statutory consultation process for Traffic Regulation Orders . An informal consultation was not considered necessary as the proposed restrictions are for safety reasons.
