SEND Local Offer explained
What the SEND Local Offer is and how it can help
The Local Offer is for children and young people aged up to 25 years with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and their families.
It helps parents, carers, and young people understand what they can expect from local services and how to access them.
You can use the Local Offer to:
- find out what to do if you're new to SEND
- find out about local support for your child, young person and you
- get advice and support for young people to prepare them for adulthood
You can also use our contact form if you need help to find the information you are looking for.
Give feedback and get involved
We regularly review the Local Offer to:
- make sure we give you up to date information
- consider your suggestions and feedback
If you want to give us feedback on how we can improve the Local Offer, use our contact form.
We have already had lots of feedback and you can find out how we have responded in You said, we did.
