Support available through Best Start Family Hubs
Wokingham is at the start of the process of developing our Family Hubs, building on and improving our current children’s centres offer.
We are planning to offer a range of support including:
- birth registration
- health visiting
- activities for 0-5s
- advice on infant feeding
- opportunities to socialise and meet other local families
- support and advice on Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- opportunities to volunteer and help other local families
- advice and support with mental health and well being
- debt and welfare advice
- substance misuse support
- access to youth services
- relationship advice
Membership
You can apply for free membership to one of our many children's centres and Best Start Family Hubs.
