We want every pupil at St Paul’s to enjoy and succeed and are seeking to appoint a positive, enthusiastic practitioner with a passion for helping children to thrive. The role involves working within a classroom environment, in partnership with the teacher, supporting pupils’ learning and emotional well-being.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience of working with children, preferably in an education setting in a similar role;

  • Be passionate about supporting all pupils, particularly those with SEND; 

  • Be driven to achieve positive outcomes for all pupils;

  • Deliver learning tasks to small groups and individuals on a 1-1 basis;

  • Have excellent communication skills, a good sense of humour and enjoy working as part of a team;

  • Be fully committed to safeguarding children and young people.

This is a fixed term contract until July 2026 with the possibility of renewal year on year. Working pattern is Monday - Friday, 8.30am – 12.30pm. 

Visits to the school are warmly welcomed.
