Clinical waste collection
Arrange collection of sharps boxes (bins)
How clinical waste collection service works
We collect clinical waste free of charge if you are self-treating at home and have a medical condition.
If you are being treated by a healthcare professional any waste produced should be removed and disposed of by them.
The local health authority provides the first sharps box, which you can get on prescription from your GP or pharmacist.
This service is for residential properties only.
