Provide the data using the following headers:

- Road and Sewer Designer
- Planning Permission Reference
This information is exempt under FOI, this information is available by Local Land Charges and Highway Searches under EIR. We are applying Section 21 exemption (Information accessible by other means).
Information under EIR related to these services are administrated by our Local Land Charges team who are able to access the information. The Council charges for information requested under the Environmental Information Regulations - we will be reviewing the EIR fees across the Council more in depth for the next financial year.
