1. Please provide all recorded communications held by the Council relating to Planning Application 250415, including but not limited to:
a) Internal communications between officers, managers and elected members (emails, letters, memos, notes, draft reports, comments, meeting notes/minutes, MS Teams/Slack/IM chats/WhatsApp/iMessage).
b) External communications with the applicant/developer and their agents/consultants; statutory/non-statutory consultees; parish/town councils; residents; and other public bodies (emails, letters, meeting notes/minutes, telephone/file notes).
c) Pre-application and post-submission correspondence, advice and meeting notes relevant to this application.
d) Attachments/enclosures to the above (e.g., technical appendices, versions of reports, drawings).
e) Calendar entries/diary notes, agendas and minutes for meetings about the application.
f) Records on council-issued devices and accounts and, where used for council business, any information held on private devices/accounts if held on the Council's behalf.
