Freedom of Information Request for Planning Application 203544: Full application for the proposed erection of 54 units (including 19 affordable homes) with associated access road from St Anne’s.

I shall be grateful, if you will provide (within the statutory timescale of 20 working days) under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the following information relating to Planning Application 203544 : Land To The West Of St Annes Drive And South Of London Road Wokingham RG40 1PB

1. A copy of the council’s most up to date Housing Supply Statement confirming the number of year’s housing supply

The decision whether the nature of “the new information” as one to which Sch. 12A, Part 1, para. 5 of the Local Government Act 1972 applied was made by WBC Borough Solicitor.

I accept that collating all emails between WBC and the developer however may be a more onerous task. In which case, I would be prepared to limit it to any emails sent from Officer Joanna Carter to Beaulieu Homes / Solve Planning within the last 12 months.

8. Details of the number of Tree Preservation Orders within Wokingham and total number of Trees with TPO’s that have been allowed to be removed within the last 5 years.
Wokingham Borough have 1547 as of last month.
We do not report on TPO trees removed

9. A copy of all Tree Preservation violations that have been recorded on the site since 2015
There have been two investigations since 2015 relating to tree works. Please see attached file Item 9.
Case ref : RFS/2015/082463 – determined that no further action be taken re unauthorised TPO works

Case ref: RFS/2022/087494 – determined as no breach
