1. Whether you collect data on fires that occur in listed buildings in your planning area
We are usually made aware of fire damage that occurs on listed buildings when listed building consent apps are received (to carry out remedial work), however, we do not specifically record this data.
2. Whether you keep record of derelict buildings in your planning area, including any records on risks associated with their condition
Currently we do not have a record for this however we are looking at recording a register of ‘Buildings at Risk’ when we are made aware of such buildings going forward.
