We would really appreciate hearing from you regarding your own Day service provisions.

1. What is your current day service provision? i.e. inhouse or independent?
No in-house provision. Some day services provided by Local Authority traded company. Some day services provided by private or charitable organisations.

2. What type of provision do you offer? E.G building based/ community/ educational/ employment/ volunteering?
No in-house provision, but all of these types are commissioned.

3. How many people access your day services by provision?
No in-house provision.

4. Do you provide Transport or are there additional charges? If there are charges what are these?
No in-house provision, but transport commissioned for external providers.

5. What are your levels of ongoing demand?
No in-house provision.

6. Do you have plans to increase or decrease the levels of services?
We are undergoing a day services review.

7. What charges do you apply to your services?
We apply any customer contribution to this service which we work out via a financial assessment as per the Care Act 2014 Guidance. In certain cases, we would also apply admin fees (i.e., Full cost with admin charges or their weekly customer contribution if the cost of the day care is less than the charge. We do not pro-rata the charge).
