1. Under a freedom of information request for the financial years a) 2019, b) 2020 & c) 2021 to date could you please provide the costs incurred to your local authority to reprocess applications for housing & council benefit support caused by details of persons in receipt of a military pension under the Armed Forces Pension Scheme not being available in April at the start of the tax year caused by Equinity Paymaster?
We do not hold this information in a reportable manner. The only way to provide this information would be to manually check every claim, check if there is a pension associated, and review the documents for the three years mentioned that individual has. This would exceed the appropriate limit and therefore Section 12 exemption is being applied.
