After reviewing your website and other publicly available information, I have not been able to identify the appropriate contact details for third parties (such as suppliers or service providers) to send formal legal correspondence to your organisation. Please could you confirm the following:

1. Whether your organisation has one or more specific teams, departments, or named individuals responsible for receiving formal legal correspondence from third parties.
2. The relevant postal address(es), email address(es), and telephone number(s) that such correspondence should be directed to. If responsibility differs by type of issue (e.g. contractual, procurement-related, legal) or by region, please provide the details for each as applicable.
3. If this information is already published, please confirm where it can be found.

These questions are quite vague, and could have multiple answers depending on the context and the nature of the matter. For example, in one instance it could be Housing team, or in others it could be complaints, insurance, whistleblowing, data breach, anti social behaviour, or a number of teams that would lead and not the housing team. This is not really a Freedom of Information request, but could be just a general service enquiry as this is totally situational.

Each contract that has been set up with a contractor or supplier will have a contract manager, or nominated point of contact written into the agreement. This should be the point of contact that is used unless specified otherwise. Current Tender opportunities information is available on the following page and links: https://www.wokingham.gov.uk/business-and-licensing/business-and-growth/tenders

It will depend on the nature of the correspondence that is wanted to be submitted, Housing, Council Tax, Planning, Insurance, Parking enforcement, Social Care (Adults or Childrens), Democratic Services, Registrars, Electoral Services, Benefits, Licensing, Trading Standards, Whistleblowing, etc. All could receive formal legal correspondence, and will depend on the nature of the correspondence.

If you are uncertain about a point of contact, the best email address would be Customer Services who would be able to pass this on to the appropriate department within the Council: CustomerService@wokingham.gov.uk
