1. Could I please request the number and a description of all complaints about individual council services that have been made between September 2020 and September 2022

2. Where possible, could it be shown what stage of the complaints procedure each one is at and if they have been closed, how each case was dealt with.

We publish an annual report which details by service how many complaints have been received and what stage they went to. These reports can be found on our website under the Governance Audit Committee section. We have attached the last 3 years annual reports and first quarter of 2022, April to June this year. The next quarter, July to September will not be collated until October so is unavailable. We cannot breakdown the report any further as it may start to identify individuals.
