Please provide information regarding your Blue Badge Case Management System within your organisation
1. Do you use a 3rd party provider for your Blue Badge Case Management System and if so who is your provider
Yes, we use a CRM system that is provided by Netcall but managed by our IT team.
2. How many blue badge applications do you process each year
Between Jan 2024 & December 2024 we processed 3845 applications
3. How many blue badge applications are currently outstanding and what is your current SLA
We currently have 279 outstanding applications and 200 of those are new applications. We suggest allowing 12 weeks for an application, but often process them within a month. We are currently working on applications made during the first week of April. It can take longer to process applications where we need further medical evidence, or we are missing ID/proof of address/recent photos etc.
4. Do you use a 3rd party to support you in the delivery of your blue badge services, if so who is your provider?
Our CRM system uses an integrated scoring system, apps can pass, fail or be forwarded to our Occupational Therapists for them to assess and can result in requests for more supporting medical evidence to back up the information on the original application.
