1. How many affordable housing units have been provided as a result of planning agreements related to residential-led developments that were signed in financial years:
a) 2017/18: 208 affordable units permitted.
b) 2018/19: 144 affordable units permitted.
c) 2019/20: 153 affordable units permitted.

2. What percentage of overall housing units in this local authority have been provided by as a result of these planning agreements?
We don't monitor overall housing numbers, but affordable housing provision generally works out at around 35% of all housing provision (our affordable housing policy is dependent on site size, location and land type).

3. How many of the affordable housing units provided as a result of planning agreements related to residential-led developments in 2019/20 were for:
a) social rent: 217 social rented homes completed during this period
b) affordable rent: 28 affordable/intermediate rented homes completed during this period
c) shared equity/shared ownership: 220 shared ownership homes completed during this period
