7. How many new properties of 3 bedrooms are coming aboard in next 3 months? We are unable to predict what future properties may become available. Once a new build development has been signed off by the developers and the legal teams and it is complete, Allocations are then sent the nomination forms. New Builds are often subject to delays so we are only advised once complete. As at 19.5.25 – there are no confirmed three bedroom properties due to become void
