1. I would like to know how many electric vehicle charge points have been installed by the authority from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2023, broken down by year. I would also like to know how many of these charge point installations resulted in access issues which required further remediation, e.g. needed to be moved to a different location, or replaced entirely, due to incorrect installation and/ or faulty equipment. I would also like to know how much each of these moves or replacements cost the council.
2019-20: 6
2020-21: 6
2021-22: 44
2022-23: 32
No remediation's.
Additionally had 40 charging sockets installed in 2023 and 2 in 2024. All these are located at residential streets.
