Parking machines

1. Please can you tell me how often the parking machines in the council run car parks are not operational such that they cannot accept new card payments for parking or check cars out that have already checked in. Please provide data from January 2023 to August 2023.
2. How many transactions are declined during the period that the machines are not operating and able to take card payment. Please provide data from January 2023 to August 2023.
3. Whilst the machines are down, how many cars that are checked in default to the full day tariff due to not being able to check out?
