1. I would like to see information on potential housing development of Hall Farm since may 1st 2022. I wish to see information on the housing development plans for this site.
In September 2022 the council published a summary of the responses submitted to the Local Plan Update: Revised Growth Strategy consultation. This summary is available on the council’s website: https://www.wokingham.gov.uk/EasySiteWeb/GatewayLink.aspx?alId=629702
On Friday 21 October 2022, landowners, developers and consultants representing four large areas of promoted land in the borough, presented their proposals to members Planning Policy Member Working Group, and officers. The prospectus, and presentation from the group of landowners at Hall Farm is attached.
