Shinfield By-election notices
Submitting your nomination papers
- Nominations for the Shinfield Village Ward By-election will be accepted from 10am on Wednesday 18 February 2026. The deadline to submit a completed nomination will be at 4pm on Wednesday 25 February 2026.
- Nominations for the Local Government Elections and contested parish elections will be accepted from 10am on Monday 30 March 2026. The deadline to submit a completed nomination will be at 4pm on Thursday 9 April 2026.
Nomination papers must be hand delivered to: Electoral Services in person at the Civic Offices, Shute End, Wokingham, RG40 1WH. They will only be accepted between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
