About fees and payments

Payment of fees to Wokingham Council

For most fees above £120 we will send you an invoice. Request an invoice by emailing licensing@wokingham.gov.uk, giving your reference number, name and address and phone number, and the address of the person or premises to which the payment relates. 

For payments of less than £120 and also for permits for gambling club or machine permits and Licensing Act provisional statements, you can make a payment online using a credit or debit card. For other types of payments, you will need to request an invoice.

Payment can be made on receipt of an invoice.  The invoice will provide details of how to pay, and will give an invoice number for you to use as the reference when you make the payment. 

So that we can send you an invoice, please email a message stating what the invoice is for and giving your name, address, phone number and email address to licensing@wokingham.gov.uk.

Make sure that you include any reference you may have been given so the payment may be correctly allocated.

Have your reference number to hand or the address of the person or premises to which the payment relates. Select the Account Group for Environmental Health and Licensing from the drop-down list. Then select the payment type you need to make.
