Wokingham Borough is home to a diverse range of businesses where no one industry sector dominates. It is a major contributor to UK GDP (Gross Domestic Product) and continues to invest in a regional economy that supports business growth and town regeneration.

We’re proud to launch our first investment brochure, an engaging walk through of the business environment in the Borough and the outlook for continued growth.

Business support

We employ a number of Business Engagement Officers. Their role is to provide support for small businesses in the Borough. This can take many forms including access to grants, business directories, making your business more eco-friendly, business growth funding, and 1 to 1 consultations.

We generate a fortnightly e-Bulletin called Business Matters. It’s a great way to see updates on many of the above services. Visit our newsletter sign-up page to subscribe.
