I would like to request information regarding the parking restrictions (double/single yellow lines) that were implemented on Wessex Gardens, Twyford. In particular, I would be grateful if you could provide:
1. The Traffic Regulation Order (TRO), or any amendment, that introduced these restrictions.
2. The Statement of Reasons explaining why the restrictions were considered necessary.
3. Any consultation documents, public notices or reports that formed part of the decision-making process.
4. If available, any traffic surveys, parking surveys, safety assessments, or other evidence that supported the introduction of the restrictions.
If any of these documents are publicly available online, I would appreciate it if you could direct me to the relevant location.
