Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following aggregated, numeric data regarding children of compulsory school age within your local authority. Please provide the figures for each of the following calendar years: 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 (up to the most recent data checkpoint). If retrieving data for all four years exceeds the appropriate cost limit under Section 12 of the Act, please prioritise and provide the data ONLY for the years 2025 and 2026 to ensure this request can be fulfilled. Please provide the following counts:

1. Children Missing Education (CME)
The total number of children recorded on your Children Missing Education (CME) register (children of compulsory school age who are not on a school roll and not registered as home-educated).
a) How many of these children have an active Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan?
b) How many are recorded as receiving SEN Support?

2. Elective Home Education (EHE)
The total number of children recorded on your Elective Home Education (EHE) database (homeschooled).
a) How many of these children have an active EHC plan?
b) How many are recorded as receiving SEN Support?

3. School Admissions and Rejections
The total number of children currently registered as Elective Home Educated (EHE) whose parents/guardians applied for an in-year admission to a mainstream school within your local authority but were refused/rejected a place.

Please provide these figures as a numeric count. If any count is fewer than 5, please use a standard suppression marker (e.g., "5") to prevent the identification of individuals and ensure compliance with Section 40 (personal data) exemptions.
