Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following in CSV or Excel format. In accordance with section 11 of the Act, my preference is for a machine-readable electronic copy.

1. The council's staffing establishment as at the date of this request (or the most recent snapshot held), as recorded in your HR/payroll system, listing each distinct job title with the following fields against each title:
a) directorate and service area;
b) total FTE;
c) FTE split by filled / vacant / covered by agency or interim staff;
d) pay grade or salary band.

2. The same report as at 31 March 2021, or if that date cannot be produced, the earliest date for which the system can generate it (please state the date used).

For both reports, please:
- exclude names, exact individual salaries and all other personal data — I am seeking structural information only;
- exclude staff employed by maintained schools;
- state whether staff of any council-owned or controlled companies, and casual or sessional workers, are included or excluded;
- state the snapshot date of each report and the total FTE each report represents.

3. Finally, please advise of the dates of the council's next public inspection period for the accounts under sections 25 and 26 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014 and the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2015, and to whom inspection appointments should be addressed.
