Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would be grateful if you could provide the following information relating to the Council's street cleansing fleet and operations:
1.
a) A list of all road sweepers owned or leased by the Council with a GVW of under 4 tonnes, including make and model.
b) For leased sweepers, the lease start and end dates (month and year only).
c) For owned sweepers:
i. Year purchased.
ii. Planned replacement date or details of any fleet renewal programme.
d) Confirm whether street cleansing services are carried out in-house or by a contractor.
i. If contracted out, provide the name of the contractor.
