Under the provisions of the Environmental information Regulations 2004 (ElR), I am writing to request the disclosure of all historical maps, structural surveys, planning records, and correspondence held by the Council regarding the decommissioned Shell Petrochemical Terminal in Earley and the subsequent residential zoning of Amber Close. Specifically, please provide full access to the following information:

1. The 1990 Master Drainage and Sewerage layout Plan: All structural engineering
maps and blueprints detailing the sub-surface pipe networks running from the
former Shell terminal perimeter; -specifically passing. under: or adjacent to the plot
designated as 337 Wokingham Road.

2. Environmental Remediation Sign-Off Records (1987-t991): The formal clearance certificates, soil sample analyses, and environmental reports submitted by Shell
Research LTD or its contractors. Please specify if testing protocols included alpha-particle scintillation or isotopic tracking for transuranic elements (e.g., Plutonium,
Uranium).

3. lnternal and External Correspondence: All letters, emails, memos and minutes of
meetings between Wokingham District Council officials, Shell international
Petroleum Company (SIPC), Shell Research Ltd, and the Ministry of Defence {MOÐ}
regarding the planning application and safety¡ sign-off for the Amber Close housing
development.

disclose information on the grounds of commercial confidentiality or national security where the request relates to information on emissions into the environment.
