Under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide me with full answers to each of the following questions regarding your authority's enforcement of Blue Badge misuse:
1. How many Blue Badges has your authority withdrawn in each year since 2018, including 2026 to date?
0 badges withdrawn
2. For each year, please state the reason for withdrawal ie 32 suspected fraud, 91 holder deceased, 64 badge expired etc
Unfortunately, we don’t have this information at hand.
3. For each year how many badges were seized / warnings handed out / fines issued / prosecutions launched?
0 badges seized - 40 warning letters sent to the blue badge holder – 0 fines issued – 0 Prosecutions launched
