Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information relating to The Three Frogs, 222 London Road, Wokingham, RG40 1SW and planning application 260921:

1. All documentation relating to parking space compliance: the 47 spaces declared versus Condition 4 requirement of 53 + 1 disabled spaces, and any council assessment of this discrepancy

2. All Tree Officer records relating to protected trees T3 and T4 (Category B2 hornbeams under Condition 6 of F/2012/0349), including whether they remain on site and any Tree Preservation Order records

3. The CIL form submitted 15 April 2026 and council assessment of its completion

4. All ecological assessment and Biodiversity Net Gain calculations, including assessment of the de minimis claim on 89.6 sqm (threshold is 25 sqm)

5. Planning history card for original pub consent (ref 24554), specifically conditions relating to outdoor noise or entertainment

6. The supporting comment submitted on planning application 260921 from the address 222 London Road, and any record of whether the submitter's identity or interest (as pub manager/landlady) was declared or known to the council

7. Copies of all consultation responses from Environmental Health, ASB, Licensing, and Highways teams

8. Documentation relating to when the pergola/outdoor structures were built, including any inconsistencies between the application and PLEX003 revision dated 14/06/24

9. Any drainage assessment submitted with the application, or if none was submitted, documentation of why one was not required despite documented surface water flooding at the site

10. All records relating to correspondence sent to Susan Parsonage (Chief Executive) regarding planning application 260921, including internal forwarding, logging or drafted responses
