Pavements in Wargrave

1. Some time ago, extensive pavement works were carried out on Victoria Road and Recreation Road in Wargrave, basically to replace pavements. I would like to know when these works were carried out.
Our records show that we carried out planned maintenance of footways on Victoria Road, Wargrave, in 2009. We have no record of works on Recreation Road.
2. I would like to request the plans for these works, which indicated where dropped kerbs should be placed.
We do not have any plans of the footway works on Victoria Road, Wargrave.
3. Subsequently, extensive cabling works were carried on the same roads for Virgin Media installation. I would like to know when these were carried out.
