Blue Badge Nominated Drivers

Please provide the following information relating to Blue Badge applications.
1. For each financial year from 2018-19 to the most recent year available, please provide the proportion of Blue Badge applications that stated a nominated driver whose relationship to the applicant was not an immediate family member (defined for the purposes of this request as a son, daughter, brother, sister, mother or father). If proportions are not held, please provide the underlying figures from which the proportion can be calculated.
The Government Blue Badge application only asks whether you are applying for yourself or on behalf of someone else. The Blue Badge is always issued to the eligible person, not to a specific vehicle or driver. The application does not ask for details of the person who may be driving or transporting the badge holder in someone else's vehicle, as the badge is intended to be used whenever the badge holder is travelling.
