Wokingham Borough Council offer a Premium Supplier Scheme which has a sliding scale of rebates depending on the time taken to pay the invoice, which has a target of 10 days. I would like to know:
1. Where suppliers have entered into the Premium Supplier Scheme, what is the average length of time (in days) for payment of invoices over the last 12 months.
Suppliers on PSS have been paid in an average of 4.5 days over the last 12 months
