Note: The reported figure is extracted from Mosaic, ASC's client records system and reflects cases where dementia has been recorded within user records. The true number of people with dementia receiving Adult Social Care services may be higher, as dementia is not consistently recorded as the individual's support reason.
b) Number of dementia-specific day service places and whether provision has increased, decreased or remained stable over three years:
FY 2023-24: 12 Unique users
FY 2024-25: 10 Unique users
FY 2025-26: 8 Unique users
The number of unique users decreased steadily over the three-year period, falling from 12 in FY 2023–24 to 10 in FY 2024–25 and then to 8 in FY 2025–26.

3. Dementia carer support and training provision
We fund "understanding Dementia" charity to run courses for carers. Through the Dementia Friendly Wokingham Partnership we support numerous activities and events for those with dementia and those that care for them. We also have the Carers Strategic Alliance that incorporates provision for dementia carers, including respite.
4. Falls prevention pathway linked to dementia support.

5. Digital cognitive interventions commissioned, piloted or evaluated and provider names.
We are not aware of any.
6. Staff groups delivering CST and whether workforce capacity is a barrier.
Our CST sessions are staffed.
