I am writing to request information regarding long-term empty, derelict, or abandoned properties located within your local authority area, with a particular focus on rural and semi-rural locations. I am looking to identify properties that have been vacant for more than two years.
1. A list of addresses for commercial, agricultural, or residential buildings currently classified as long-term empty or exempt from Council Tax due to being unoccupied and substantially unfurnished.

2. The contact details of the Empty Homes Officer or team responsible for handling vacant properties within the borough.
