Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information regarding supported living for adults in Wokingham Borough Council:
1. Current number of adults awaiting supported living placement, broken down by cohort (LD, autism, mental health, physical disability)
Total individuals awaiting supported living (This includes individuals currently searching for placement and have been offered placement and awaiting approval): 32
LD & ASD (not separated in recording): 23
Mental health: 8
Physical disability: 1
2. Number of out-of-area placements currently commissioned for supported living
50
3. Latest Market Position Statement for Adult Social Care, or any analysis of unmet need/gaps in supported living provision
