I am writing to submit a Freedom of Information request regarding the council's current contact centre and telephony arrangements. As part of our ongoing research into the public sector technology market, we are gathering information on contract arrangements across UK local authorities. I am not seeking any pricing or commercially sensitive information — only the administrative details set out below. I am not requesting any pricing, contract values, commercial terms or contract documentation — only the supplier and the key dates, which are the kind of contract-award details routinely published under the Local Government Transparency Code 2015 and on Contracts Finder.

Please could you provide the following for the contract(s) currently in place for (a) your contact centre / customer contact platform and (b) your corporate telephony — if these sit under separate contracts, please answer for each:

1. The name of the current supplier / platform in use.

2. The name of the organisation the contract was awarded to, if different from the platform provider (for example a reseller, systems integrator or managed-service partner).

3. The date the current contract was awarded / commenced.

4. The current contract expiry date, and the date of any extension options — i.e. when the contract is next due for renewal or re-procurement.

5. The procurement route or framework used (for example a Crown Commercial Service framework, a G-Cloud call-off, or an open tender).

If any of this is already published — for instance on your contracts register or Contracts Finder — a link to the relevant entry would fully satisfy the request.
