School Closure Contingency

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information:
1. Does the Council / your authority hold a contingency plan for the permanent closure of any school(s) within its area (e.g. due to falling rolls, financial un sustainability, structural/building issues, or other reasons)?
2. If such a plan exists, please provide a copy of the document, or if exemptions apply, a summary of its contents.
3. How many schools within your authority currently have, or have had in the last five years, a formal contingency or closure plan in place?
4. Please specify whether these plans relate to maintained schools, academies, or both.
We do not hold any such contingency plans in this respect.
