Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request the following information relating to Wokingham Borough Council. For the most recent completed financial year, please provide:

1. A list of all employees whose total remuneration exceeded £100,000, showing:
o Full name
o Job title
o Directorate or service area
o Basic salary
o Employer pension contribution
o Any market supplements or regular allowances
o Any bonuses or performance-related payments
o Total remuneration.

2. For employees whose remuneration exceeded £75,000, please provide details of any salary increases, regradings or market supplement changes that took effect during the current financial year, including:
o Job title
o Previous salary (or salary band)
o New salary (or salary band)
o Effective date
o Reason for the increase, where recorded.

3. For employees whose remuneration exceeded £75,000, please provide the total annual value of reimbursed business expenses, broken down by:
o Travel
o Mileage
o Accommodation
o Subsistence
o Parking
o Taxi fares
o Other reimbursed expenses.

4. Please provide details of any council-funded:
o Relocation packages;
o Temporary accommodation;
o Travel-to-work benefits;
o Leased vehicles; or
o Other employment benefits provided in addition to salary,
for employees whose remuneration exceeded £75,000, including the total annual cost of each arrangement.

5. Please provide details of all exit packages with a total value exceeding £100,000 agreed during the last three completed financial years, including:
o Job title
o Date of departure
o Total value of the exit package
o A breakdown between redundancy payment, pension strain, compensation and any other payment.

6. Please provide copies of the Council's current policies relating to:
o Senior officer pay;
o Market supplements;
o Travel and subsistence expenses;
o Relocation expenses; and
o Senior officer expenses.
