Place & Growth Directorate - sickness absence days

Please treat this as a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I would be grateful if you could provide the following information in relation to the Place & Growth Directorate for the period 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 (or the most recent 12-month period for which data is available):
1. The total number of sickness absence days recorded within the Directorate.
2. The number of employees who had sickness absences of:
a) more than 10 working days;
b) more than 20 working days; and
c) more than 60 working days.
3. For each employee meeting the above thresholds, please provide:
a) the job title (not the individual's name);
b) the service/team in which the post sits; and
d) the total number of working days absent.
4. The number of formal sickness absence management cases commenced within the Directorate.
5. The number of formal capability procedures initiated as a result of sickness absence.
6. The number of employees who left the Council due to ill-health capability or medical retirement (if applicable).
