Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I am writing to formally request information regarding the traffic signals located at the junction of London Road and William Heelas Way.

1. Please provide the following records for the 12-month period covering 27th September 2023 to 27th September 2024:
- Maintenance and Engineer Logs: All records, notes, and work orders from engineer visits to this junction. This should include, but not be limited to, the engineer visit on 19th March 2024, the maintenance request logged on 2nd April 2024 (following public report W2465806), and the subsequent follow-up visit from the traffic signal maintenance contractor.
- Internal and External Communications: All email correspondence, meeting minutes, and digital communications (both internal to the council and external with third-party contractors) concerning the safety, maintenance, or reported faults of these specific traffic lights.
- Accident and Fault Reports: Any claims, complaints, or reports of accidents and near-misses at this junction that were internally identified, or made by the public or third parties.
- Digital Controller and Sequence Logs: The digital data logs from the traffic signal controller box for 27th March 2024. Please also provide the system logs detailing every instance the system triggered into "All Out" mode during the requested 12-month period.
- CCTV Footage: Any traffic, highway, or security camera footage operated by the Council covering this junction on 27th March 2024.

Please also consider this email formal notice that all requested records, physical hardware logs, and digital data relating to this junction must be preserved intact, as they constitute material evidence for an ongoing insurance claim.
