I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding your Council's cybersecurity training schemes offered to staff for the full years 2024 and 2025.
1. What was the total headcount (individual person count) of your organisation as of 31 December 2024 and 31 December 2025? If available, please provide a breakdown by:
a) Permanent employees

Yes, Cybersecurity is a mandatory part of onboarding for all staff.
3. How many individual staff members completed introductory or onboarding cybersecurity training in each of the calendar years 2024 and 2025? Please provide separate figures for each
N/A, Cyber Security eLearning was introduced in March 2026 and since then 1146 people have completed it. There is a 2-yr recurrence attached to the course.
4. How many individual staff members completed recurring or refresher cybersecurity training in each of the calendar years 2024 and 2025? Please provide separate figures for each
