2. The number of ASB cases that were closed without formal enforcement action during:
a) 2025 (January 1st - December 31st): 19.
b) 2026 (to date): 24.
3. How many formal applications for an ASB Case Review (Community Trigger) were received by the council during:
a) 2025 (January 1st - December 31st): 7.
b) 2026 (to date): 3.
4. Of those applications, how many were deemed to have met the local threshold for a multi-agency review?
a) 2025 (January 1st - December 31st): 0.
b) 2026 (to date): 0.
5. Of the cases that went to a full multi-agency review, how many resulted in recommendations that altered or added to the victim’s existing ASB action plan?
a) 2025 (January 1st - December 31st): 0.
b) 2026 (to date): 0.
