Local commissioned services for general practice/pharmacy

Under the FOI act, I would like a list of the services commissioned by Wokingham council for general practice and pharmacy, and the accompanying service specifications. This includes local enhanced services, locally commissioned services or any similar service. This will likely be public health services related to (not exhaustive) addiction services, smoking cessation, sexual health, etc. Please provide (ideally in Excel format):
1. The name of the service
2. The budget for the service
3. The service specification for each service – please ensure that you clarify which file name corresponds to which service
4. The total budget for local enhanced/locally commissioned services for Wokingham council.
If the service is a package (ie, ‘single offer’, ‘basket of services’) that incorporates a number of different services, please break this down to their component parts as much as possible.
