I would like to request information regarding the parking restrictions (double/single yellow lines) that were implemented on Wessex Gardens, Twyford. In particular, I would be grateful if you could provide:
1. The Traffic Regulation Order (TRO), or any amendment, that introduced these restrictions.

2. The Statement of Reasons explaining why the restrictions were considered necessary.
