Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would be grateful if you could provide the following information relating to maintained primary schools for which your authority has responsibility.
1. The total number of maintained primary schools within your authority's area.

2. The number of those schools where asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) are known to be present.
10 No. Schools contain asbestos.
3. The number of maintained primary schools where asbestos has been removed, remediated, encapsulated or otherwise managed during the last five calendar years (2021–2025 inclusive).
