1. How many 2 bed houses with a drive/allocated parking outside the property and a garden (LA or HA) are currently void in Finchampstead Gorse Ride or Finchwood Park developments?
In terms of voids to offer via the housing register the answer is none.
2. How soon will there be a 2 bed house ready for occupancy from sign off with the builder with a drive/allocated parking outside the property and a garden (LA or HA) in Finchampstead Gorse Ride or Finchwood Park developments?
We do not hold this information. We do not know specifics of a property ( ie garden/driveway) until we receive the nomination request from the landlord.
3. Who has priority of properties in the Gorse Ride developments and Finchwood park - people who lived in the demolished properties or those in band A medical or other?
In regards to Gorse Ride Development priority is given to those tenants who are already part of the development and homes are being demolished. If there is no suitable household the property would be allocated through the standard process of priority bands and in date order. For example Bands 1 first, in date order and so on. We cannot answer for Finchwood Park as this is not a Wokingham Borough Council development so unaware that properties are being demolished. If we receive a nomination request from a landlord for a property on this development then allocations is the standard process as already set out.
